When does my order arrive?
The delivery time is 1-3 working days. Orders received by 11.30 a.m. are normally processed on the same day. Please note that Hermes does not deliver to packing stations, usually only makes one delivery attempt and then forwards the package to a post office or parcel shop if the recipient or a neighbor cannot be found. If you do not pick up the package in time, the shipment will be returned after the 7-day storage period has expired.
How much are the shipping costs?
For orders over €80, we will give you free shipping (within Germany). For orders under €80, shipping costs €4.95. The shipping costs will be clearly stated in the shopping cart and on the order page.
How will my package be delivered?
Delivery is made either as an insured parcel with Hermes or by registered mail.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I order my tights easily and conveniently?
Tights are perfect for online shopping. They are easy to ship and unlike in the store (where you are usually not allowed to try on the tights) with us you enjoy a 30 day return policy and the best value for money.

Returns
What is your stance on returns?
Unfortunately, returns are unavoidable, even if we really do our best. We want to make it as easy as possible for you and extend your right of return to 30 days.
Please support us in our attempt to curb the growing environmental problem caused by excessive returns by purchasing consciously.
What do I need to consider when returning an item?
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please only use our returns portal. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service at any time; our team will be happy to help you.
How does the refund work?
The products are only fully refundable if they are unworn, unwashed and have the original labels. Please return the item in its original packaging. As soon as the return has reached our warehouse, we will take care of the refund (within 14 days of cancellation). It will be made using the same method that was used to pay for the goods. Refunds to the credit card are usually only visible on the bank statement after 3-5 working days. Please make sure that we can clearly assign your order.

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.
Are Bataillon Belette products produced fairly?
Yes. We produce exclusively in Northern Italy and Portugal, where we can ensure fair treatment of all employees.
Where are your products manufactured?
We produce exclusively in Western Europe, mainly in beautiful Northern Italy. This way we keep transport routes short and can ensure our high quality.
How does the Battalion Belette sizing system work?
A transparent and simple size system is very important to us. Our tights are all available in 3 sizes:
1) 32-34-36
2) 38-40-42
3) 44-46-48
The correct size corresponds to your normal clothing size and does not need to be chosen a size larger. Only if you are exactly between sizes, we recommend the larger size.
If you are over 1.78m tall, we would recommend you order a size larger.
I hate it when tights slip...
When developing the pattern, we placed great emphasis on long leg sections so that the tights do not hang too low in the crotch. The comfortable waistband also provides a soft hold and prevents the tights from slipping down. (If you buy too big, the waistband may be too loose).
Which color suits me?
The classic, black tights really suit every woman and highlight every outfit.
Which skin tone should I choose?
We have developed skin tones that make the legs look fresh and summery without looking artificial, like professional make-up. To find the perfect nude tones, we used the expertise of the cosmetics manufacturer ZOEVA and developed two state-of-the-art colors:
1) “Light Skin” - for all lighter skin types
2) “Tanned Skin” – for all medium to darker skin types.
What makes your products so special?
The tights from Bataillon Belette are absolutely well thought out and, above all, uniquely robust. Thanks to their slightly longer cut, they stay in shape, do not slip with every movement and do not sag between the legs. The extra-wide waistband is uniquely comfortable and ensures that the tights do not cut in, roll up or show under tight clothing.
With their flat comfort seam, the tights leave no marks on the skin, and the label is sewn onto the outside of the waistband to avoid scratching the skin. The reinforced panty section is the perfect length and does not show through even under shorts or skirts. A small embroidered heart on the inside of the left thigh makes Bataillon Belette tights immediately recognizable. The wearer can keep this little secret or use it seductively...
How long does a pair of tights last?
We specialize in significantly extending the life cycle of tights. In everyday use, Bataillon Belette tights last on average 5x longer than other tights.
The founders and designers of Bataillon Belette (Pia and Dan) come from the automotive industry. They wanted to bring a pair of tights onto the market that were not disposable. They put their passion for innovative materials and timeless design into Bataillon Belette. It was important to them: no ladders! After years of tinkering, testing and developing, the designers have brought a pair of tights onto the market that is unique in the world. They are of higher quality than all other commercially available models, significantly more durable and also sustainably packaged. In other words - without plastic!
Can I wash your tights in the washing machine?
CAN I MACHINE WASH YOUR TIGHTS? Yes. You can wash all our tights in the washing machine. We recommend using a washing bag and washing at 30°C with similar colors.

What is the Bataillon Belette manufacturer's warranty?
We offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products from the date of purchase on May 20, 2024. We do this because we are convinced that our tights will withstand your everyday life. Our mission is to ensure that you never have to worry about tights again.
If your tights show damage despite normal use and following the care instructions, you will receive a new pair.
What is the difference between return and guarantee?
Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (for example, if the color or size does not fit), you can return the items within 30 days. Returns are possible if the items are unworn and in their original condition.
Guarantee: Our manufacturer's guarantee offers one year of protection from the date of purchase for all products. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and damage that occurs despite normal use. In the event of damage, we will replace the product with a pair of tights of the same model and color or offer a similar model in the next closest color if the same model is not available. This guarantee applies to all purchases made from May 20, 2024 and does not apply to free items or heavily discounted items.
What does the manufacturer’s warranty cover?
- Manufacturing defects

What is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty?
- Minimal damage that does not affect wearing (e.g. small pulling threads, slight color variations, minimal fabric unevenness)

- Items purchased before May 20, 2024
How do I report a warranty claim?
1. Please report the warranty claim exclusively by email to service@bataillonbelette.com.
2. Be sure to include the order email address, order number and order name in the email.
3. Attach a short video of the tights showing the damaged area, the brand, the entire tights and proof of the date. The case will be reviewed as soon as possible and a replacement shipment will be prepared.
Which items are excluded from the guarantee?
Free items and heavily discounted items (e.g. as part of promotional campaigns) with a discount of more than 20% are excluded from the guarantee. Goods that have already been complained about are also excluded from further claims.
What happens if the same model is not available?
If the same model is not available, we will offer you a similar model in the next closest color.
Does the replacement extend the warranty period?
No, the warranty period is not extended by the replacement.
